FULL LINE FOOD DISTRIBUTION FOR THE HAWAII AOR

This solicitation is for Full Line Food Distribution in Hawaii. The Prime Vendor will support land based facilities as well as being responsible for supporting Navy Ships requirements. The contract will be for a total period of three (3) years. There will be a two (2) year base period with one (1) year option period. This will be an Unrestricted Acquisition. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will considered by this agency. A contract will be awarded to a Prime Vendor using Tradeoff Procedures. Offerors must be able to interface with the Governments established translation package and support Electronic Data Interchange transaction sets listed in the solicitation. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the new DLA-BSM DIBBS website. The website can be found at: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. The estimated dollar value will be $52,500,000.
