This requirement is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on September 18, 2014 03:00:00Pm. Eastern Time. In essence this will provide for patient's comfort and safety procedures.This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
