“Building on a solid 12-year foundation started by founders Rob Snyder and Pierre Koshakji, our new company headquarters gives our employees the opportunity to collaborate and communicate on an even bigger scale,” said Stream President and CEO Larry Mondry.

Stream's rich history is firmly rooted in community and togetherness, with a strong focus on supporting its Associate and customer bases. “We consider everyone at Stream, whether Associates, customers or employees, to be our friends and family,” Mondry said. “This new space will help us become a more cohesive and innovative company, and it allows us to better serve our customers and Associates well into the future.”

Those efforts are on display throughout the new headquarters. “We've created a welcoming and progressive space with a comfortable, home-like feel,” said Chief Financial Officer Renée Hornbaker. “We will connect and collaborate with ease, and not just at a desk or in a conference room. The Tollway Center office building allows us ample space for future growth, too.”

Stream’s new headquarters, designed by Corgan, a leading architecture and design firm, is Class A and boasts over 55,000 square feet of open floor plans and functional spaces. The Tollway Center also offers tenants a café and dining area, fitness center, amenity-rich interior and a rooftop deck overlooking North Dallas.
