Tortoise Index Solutions Announces Constituent Change Due to Merger and Acquisition Activity

Tortoise Index Solutions today announced that ONEOK Partners (NYSE: OKS) will be removed from the Tortoise MLP Index® (TMLP), Tortoise North American Pipeline IndexSM (TNAP) and Tortoise Real Yield IndexSM (TYLD) as it will cease trading on the NYSE following the completion of the proposed merger with ONEOK, Inc. (NYSE: OKE) on June 30, 2017. Following the transaction, OKE will acquire all of the outstanding common units of OKS it does not already own. The rebalancing of TMLP, TNAP and TYLD constituents will occur after the close of business on July 3, 2017.
