Dr. Pankaj Naram review of what brings mental sharpness in people over 50 years of age.

NEW YORK, June 6, 2017 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- For years the master healer has utilized many techniques and dietary secrets to help people from around the world who face a number of conditions and maladies because he knows that even the smallest lifestyle changes can have a huge impact on health. Dr. Naram also believes it is possible to have great health, vitality, and happiness and live to a long age with each. One of the things he says contributes most to this is choosing a lifestyle with plenty of exercise.

One recent study has found some interesting evidence that middle aged individuals may be able to reap significant mental health benefits from certain physical exercises. The study entitled Exercise Interventions for Cognitive Function in Adults Older than 50: A Systematic Review with Meta-Analysis conducted the study by analyzing the habits and metal sharpness of 39 adults over the age of 50. The study used the 39 cases that they were analyzing and took into account the level of physical activity in these adults, as well as the types of exercises that they engaged in, how often they engaged in these physical exercises, and for how long each exercise session lasted. The cognitive processes of these individuals, including their attention span, memory, and executive function, were also tested.

Throughout the 39 cases observed, 36 cases showed a connection between improved levels of cognitive function and frequent exercise. The team observed that a range of exercises, including tai chi, aerobics, walking, and resistance training, performed for at least 45-60 minutes at a time, had a positive impact on cognitive function. The study concluded that this correlation is enough evidence to suggest that doctors should recommend increased physical exercise to their patients over 50 to improve their mental sharpness and cognitive function.

Dr. Naram has always appreciated the promise of exercise, and studies like this confirm what his lineage has taught, because it provides further evidence that making lifestyle improvements can offer anyone an array of benefits. Physical exercise could offer a special boost to those who are over 50 and may be finding themselves not enjoying the same mental sharpness of their youth. Paired with a highly beneficial diet, like the one that Dr. Naram often recommends, a regular exercise routine can also offer an array of other health benefits, especially for physical fitness. Lifestyle changes can be key to living longer and maintaining a clean bill of health, so Dr. Naram will continue to encourage his patients and other individuals who seek to improve their well-being to consider including physical exercise into their daily routines.
