Carlisle Companies Announces 6% Increase in Dividend and the 41st Consecutive Year of Dividend Increases

The Board of Directors of Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE:CSL) has declared a 6% increase in the Company’s regular quarterly dividend, to $0.37 per share from $0.35 per share. The dividend is payable on September 1, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 18, 2017. This marks the 41st consecutive year of dividend increases for Carlisle shareholders.
