Bsquare Appoints Technology Veteran, Bob DeSantis, to Board of Directors
BELLEVUE, Wash., Aug. 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Bsquare Corporation (NASDAQ: BSQR) today announced the appointment of seasoned technology executive Bob DeSantis to the company's board of directors, and also has been appointed to the company's compensation committee. DeSantis will serve as a class I director and, as such, his term of office will expire at the company's 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. He brings more than 30 years of leadership experience managing operations, global sales, marketing, and business development organizations at companies across the technology sector, with significant SaaS experience over the past 20 years.

Throughout his career, Mr. DeSantis has held leadership positions at companies large and small across the technology spectrum - including enterprise software, SaaS, eSignature, and supply chain solutions. Since 2015, he has overseen strategic direction and day-to-day operations as COO at Conga, a document generation and automation software platform. As chief revenue officer at Blue Box, DeSantis launched and expanded the company's private cloud offering, which is now at the core of IBM's OpenStack cloud strategy. At DocuSign, he led sales, marketing and business development from 2007 through 2011 as the company established its successful commercial operations. His experience also includes establishing DocuSign's first international office, as well as leadership roles at Procuri, FedEx, and DuPont.
