Graña y Montero Announces That Vial y Vives-DSD Was Awarded a US$ 13 Million Contract in Chile

Graña y Montero S.A.A. (NYSE:GRAM) (BVL:GRAMONC1) (“the Company” or “Graña y Montero”) a leading Engineering and Construction company, announced that the company Vial y Vives - DSD, belonging to Grupo Graña y Montero, was awarded today a contract from the National Petroleum Company of Chile (ENAP) for the construction and assembly of a wet gas scrubber system in the Refinery of Bio-Bio, for an amount of US $13.076 million.

The project, with a duration period is of 12 months, will consist of the construction and installation of a new heat recovery unit (Flue Gas Steam Generator), a new gas scrubber (Wet Gas Scrubber), a new treatment system (Purge Treatment Unit), and a new gas pipeline with expansion joints at the refinery, owned by ENAP Refinerías (ERSA).

The company Vial and Vives - DSD is the construction branch of the Engineering and Construction area in Chile. It was born in 2014 from the merge of Vial and Vives S.A. and DSD Construcciones and Montajes S.A, two very specialized companies of this sector in the Chilean market.
