Paris et Rome ont trouvé mercredi un accord pour la reprise des chantiers navals STX-France qui donne de fait la majorité à l'Italien Fincantieri, et envisagent un rapprochement entre ce dernier et le français Naval Group, a-t-on appris de sources gouvernementales avant un sommet franco-italien à Lyon.
