The Vomela Companies Acquire Tepel Brothers Printing

The Vomela Companies of St Paul, Minnesota have announced the acquisition of Tepel Brothers Printing Company of Troy, Michigan. The acquired business will continue to operate under the name “Tepel Brothers Printing” as a division of C2 Imaging, LLC, a business unit of The Vomela Companies.

Tepel Brothers Printing utilize specialized capabilities like customized packaging, lenticular printing, and print on plastics to set them apart from competitors. They’ve coined the term “Printiques,” which describe techniques that ultimately add value to their clients’ projects. Unique coatings like Spot UV Gloss and SoftTouch have the ability to make a project feel like velvet or simulate hundreds of shimmering colors all in one press run. They also have a unique ability to print on plastics and synthetic substrates.

Jim Tepel, who has served as President and co-owner of Tepel Brothers Printing since 1989, will continue to lead the acquired business as division President. Jim is highly enthusiastic about joining The Vomela Group and stated; “Tepel Brothers Printing has chosen well with this transaction.
