LA Business Journal caught up with USA Link System's CEO Ally Spinu for a short interview.

To Ally, however, maintaining a team of writers, designers, and developers who knows how to communicate amongst each other is the most important part of ULS's success. "Our projects and campaigns, whether it's a mobile app or a social media campaign, would only succeed when our team communicates openly with each other," she continues.

Showing a bit of hesitance answering the question, Ally says, "I believe that a mission statement is true only if all employees are able to provide the same answers to these three crucial questions: What we do, who we do it for, and how we do it. This is when you will know your true mission."

Ally also emphasizes that a vision statement is different than a mission statement. To Ally and the entire ULS team, a vision statement is a road map on how to achieve one's goal.

USA Link System's goal then as a digital marketing agency is to produce successful brands that make a difference in their communities. Ally explains, "We want to be a business that makes a difference on the companies we work with and in the community.
