(OTC Pink: PWCL), a global renewable energy company, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved the engagement of Marcum LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm. Marcum's engagement will commence with an annual audit of the Company's financial records for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2016 and 2017.
