American Lending Center Hosts Comprehensive Industry Training for Foreign and Domestic Staff

American Lending Center (ALC) - a subsidiary of Regional Centers Holding Group - this week hosts their China branch for an annual company-wide training educating employees on EB-5 best-practices, with a particular focus on new initiatives with green energy PACE loans.

The three-day training includes sessions on topics such as third-party construction management, SBA 7(a) Pari-Passu, USDA B&I, PACE loans, and fundamental security compliance requirements. PACE financing offers a unique growth area for ALC in the coming year, as the company looks to expand its offerings. Properties with PACE financing - utilized for energy efficiency upgrades or renewable energy installations - offer economic and environmental benefits for both loan recipients and investors through energy cost savings and more reliable funding and repayment plans. PACE loans are a new type of senior debt investment secured by the full value of the commercial property, similar to the first loan of the SBA 504 program and other government backed loans programs in which ALC has expertise.

“ALC employees are kept constantly up-to-date on the evolving EB-5 industry trends and regulations, and this training is an annual opportunity to foster best-practices alongside our China branch,” stated ALC Chief Executive Officer John Shen. “To provide American small businesses in underserved communities with the best foreign investment available, we believe adherence to industry principles is the top priority.”

As a successful innovator in EB-5 lending providing over 175 million dollars to American projects, the continued education of all employees on standard practices, legislative and policy developments, and new opportunity areas is paramount to ALC's success. Their pioneering efforts in the industry focus on creating lasting American jobs, while fostering economic growth across the country.
