Suburban Integrated Facilities Resources Joins ATALIAN Global Services

New York-based ATALIAN Global Services, Inc. announced that it has acquired Suburban Integrated Facilities Resources of Braintree, MA. Suburban represents ATALIAN’S third acquisition in the US after its parent company, ATALIAN Group, made its foray into the US in 2016 with the merger of Temco Services Industries, Inc. and then Aetna Integrated Services, Inc. in May 2017. Suburban Integrated Facilities Resources is a 55-year-old company, serving primarily the New England region with a variety of soft services to customers in select vertical markets.
