Astrotech Corporation (NASDAQ: ASTC) (the “Company”) reported the final results of its fiscal year 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on December 7, 2017 and reconvened on December 22, 2017. All proposals passed, including Proposal 2 regarding the Company’s reincorporation from the State of Washington to the State of Delaware.
