Inventor Develops Automotive Safety System

PITTSBURGH, Feb. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- "I saw too many news reports about people being killed in collisions because they were not wearing their seat belts," said an inventor from Brandon, Fla. "I wanted to prevent such deaths and save lives, which led me to come up with this idea."

He developed the patent pending SAVE-A-LIFE to ensure that all vehicle occupants are wearing their seat belts prior to starting the engine. The invention promotes responsible seat-belt use, which is designed to enhance safety in the event of a collision. The system minimizes the risk of injuries and/or death, which provides added peace of mind. Furthermore, it is adaptable for use with both new and existing automobiles.

The original design was submitted to the Tampa office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
