POLAND: OFFSET PROPOSAL SUBMITTED BUT “PATRIOT CONTRACT DOUBTFUL”
Raytheon has confirmed that it submitted a 5,000-word offset proposal on October 13th, concerning the Patriot system for Poland’s air defence shield, according to the Polish newspaper Rzeczpospolita. The prospects for signing the weapons contract remain bleak because the projects proposed by Raytheon are said to be insufficient.
