VIETNAM: HCMC TIRES OF BOT RIP-OFFS
The Ho Chi Minh City government has put on hold all Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) and Build-Transfer (BT) projects still under negotiation. A new set of procedures governing the format must be implemented first, it said.
