The Journal of Emergency Medical Services Partners with Take Heart America as the Official Media Partner

TULSA, Okla., March 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- To further promote and improve cardiac arrest survival, the Journal of Emergency Medical Services (JEMS) and Take Heart America (THA) have announced the extension of their strategic partnership and collaboration specifically for JEMS to serve as the official and exclusive media partner of the inaugural THA's State of the Future of Resuscitation Conference. The conference is scheduled for this September 28-29, 2018 in Oakland, California where experts from around the world will discuss a wide range of topics related to advances in resuscitation science and clinical practice. The State of the Future of Resuscitation Conference will be an international collaboration with JEMS, Alameda County, California, Dutch Resuscitation Council, Consortium of Metropolitan EMS Medical Directors (the Eagles), French Resuscitation Council and Minnesota Resuscitation Consortium. At the conclusion of the September conference, the speakers will draft a Task Force Report based upon a summary of the lecture content and panel discussions to be used today and in the future to optimize outcomes after cardiac arrest. The Task Force Report will be published in the December issue of JEMS.
