Andersen Corporation Acquires Heritage Windows and Doors Expanding Luxury Portfolio West
BAYPORT, Minn., March 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Andersen Corporation announced today the acquisition of Heritage Windows and Doors, a manufacturer of custom, high-quality aluminum windows and doors in Gilbert, Arizona. Heritage specializes in serving the luxury residential and commercial market creating high performance aluminum windows and doors that are resistant to the desert's natural forces.

Heritage's window product offering includes architectural style, casement awning, horizontal slider and single hung. Heritage is known for its thermal break system of windows and doors which provides high energy performance in the southwest region serving Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Texas, Utah and Sonora, Mexico.
The owner of Heritage Windows & Doors is Tashco Industries, Inc., a private company founded in 1979. Financial terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
