Picture-Taking Accessory for Mobile Devices Invented by InventHelp Inventor (PND-4891)

PITTSBURGH, March 14, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- An inventor from Delran, N.J., has developed the SELFIE STAND, an accessory that facilitates hands-free photo capture via a mobile phone or tablet computer.

"I wanted to be able to take a picture of myself showing my entire outfit and found it impossible. This accessory will allow a user to take a full-body photograph, with the use of a mobile device, in a hands-free manner," said the inventor.

The SELFIE STAND provides a support system for mobile phones and tablets to capture hands-free photos. It allows full-body and group photographs to be taken without physically holding up an arm. This will, in turn, improve convenience for "selfie"-takers. It is lightweight yet sturdy in design and easily collapses for convenient storage and transport.

The original design was submitted to the Philadelphia office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
