ICM Products, A CHT Group Company Certified ISO 9001:2015 by NSF-ISR

ICM Products, A CHT Group Company is pleased to announce it has been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification by NSF-ISR for the development and manufacture of silicone products. ICM Products confidently began its journey to be certified to assure customers that they are committed to continuously improve the quality and services that they offer. The existing ICM Products procedures already demonstrated the company’s desire to be customer centric. However, we wanted to prove our loyalty to quality and customer satisfaction by committing our time to this important certification.

Integrity and quality are part of our core values at ICM Products. Levi James Cottington, ICM’s Chief Executive Officer was quoted saying, “The quality of ICM Products materials and service have always been second to none. The processes that have been put into place lead us very easily into ISO 9001:2015 certification. Gaining the certificate helps to show how much value we put on it.” ICM received only three minor non-conformities during their first certification audit, which were easily remedied.
