Colombia arrests ex-FARC negotiator, says could be extradited to US
Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos said Monday that his forces have arrested a former peace negotiator for the FARC, the ex-rebel-group-turned-political-party, and that he could be extradited to the United States to face drug charges.
