SAN FRANCISCO, April 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- JotForm, a leading online form creation software, announced today it offers compliance with the US Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Compliance with HIPAA means JotForm users in healthcare fields can use JotForm to collect sensitive patient information through consent and onboarding forms, medical history updates, online bill payments, and prescription refill requests.
