(OTCPink:BETW) (the "Company"), provider of turnkey network solutions specializing in cellular, microwave and broadband networks., is pleased to announce the new direction of the Company. We have completed our first acquisition and are negotiating several more. We have entered the telecommunications infrastructure market. We are firm in our belief that telecommunications, coupled with technology and construction, will provide a solid base revenue stream. This will enable us to open many vertical markets that have core-market synergy and allow us to take advantage of economies of scale. There will be considerably more to follow.
