SAP NS2 Announces Acquisition of Technology Management Associates (TMA)
HERNDON, Va., May 15, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- SAP National Security Services, Inc. (SAP NS2®), a provider of software and support services for U.S. national security and critical infrastructure customers, today announced the acquisition of Technology Management Associates (TMA). The acquisition, which closed on April 30, 2018, reinforces SAP NS2's commitment to delivering innovative solutions to the federal government and expands their position across the intelligence community. TMA will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of SAP NS2, and brings additional depth and customer intimacy to the organizations mission service offerings.
Based in Chantilly, Virginia, TMA delivers collaborative Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) technologies and employee engineering services supporting critical national security programs.
