Charah Solutions, Inc. Files Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering

Charah Solutions, Inc. (“Charah”) announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. In connection with the proposed offering, Charah has applied to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “CHRA.”

Morgan Stanley and BofA Merrill Lynch are acting as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. Stifel is acting as a bookrunner for the proposed offering. First Analysis Securities Corp., Houlihan Lokey and Macquarie Capital are acting as co-managers for the proposed offering. The proposed offering will be made only by means of a prospectus.
