IAC Group Honored by Ford Motor Company with World Excellence Awards
LUXEMBOURG, May 22, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- International Automotive Components (IAC) Group was recognized as a top-performing global supplier for Ford Motor Company at the 20th annual Ford World Excellence Awards. The company was presented with a 2017 World Excellence Award in the Quality category for exceeding Ford Motor Company's highest standards in quality, delivery, value and innovation. IAC Group's Bals, Romania facility was also recognized with a Gold Award for outstanding performance.
IAC Group was one of four suppliers recognized in the Quality category and one of 12 honored with a Gold Award. Only 52 companies were selected as winners from thousands of Ford suppliers globally.
Carl Beckwith, IAC president of North America, accepted the awards from Ford Motor Company's Joe Hinrichs, executive vice president and president, global operations, and Hau Thai-Tang, executive vice president, product development and purchasing.
