Cutting Edge HC acquired Los Angeles-based Respiratory Therapeutics Group (RTG).

RTG, www.rtghealth.com, a manufacturer of Respiratory Disposable Devices and products, will continue to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Cutting Edge.
