First Command Presents the 2018 Marine Corps Mud Run at Camp Pendleton

First Command Financial Services, Inc. is proud to once again partner with Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Marine Corps Community Services to present the 2018 Marine Corps Mud Run.

Thousands of participants are expected to compete in the 25th anniversary event on June 9 and 10. Held every year since 1993 to help support quality-of-life programs for Marines at Camp Pendleton, the Marine Corps Mud Run features the 10k Challenge, 5k Run, 2k Kids Run for ages 6-12 and a Virtual Run. First Command Financial Advisors and employees will join in the fun at First Command’s Runners’ Lounge. Here, they will invite Mud Run participants to test their strength in fitness challenges, have pre-and-post-race pictures taken at the photo booth and enter prize drawings.

“First Command is honored to serve again this year as the presenting sponsor of the Marine Corps Mud Run at Camp Pendleton,” said Scott Spiker, chairman/CEO of First Command. “We have a long history of supporting military athletic events and other programs that matter to our Nation’s career military. We strive to serve service members and their families in all aspects of their lives, and we look forward to seeing them have a good time at this year’s event.”
