Sea-Land Chemical Company and Evonik Corporation Reach Distribution Agreement for Nutrition and Care Products

Sea-Land Chemical Company is pleased to announce a distribution agreement has been reached with Evonik Corporation (Evonik). Sea-Land has teamed up with the Nutrition and Care business segment of Evonik to market and promote their specialty line of surfactant technologies to the household, industrial, institutional cleaning and vehicle care markets.

Effective June 1, the agreement will include the following territories within the United States: Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin. Effective September 1, the agreement will also include the following additional territories in the US: Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio.

The range of surfactant and specialty chemicals under this agreement include the following brands: ADOGEN®, AROSURF®, CARSPRAY™, NONIDET®, TOMADOL®, TOMAMINE®, TOMAKLEEN®, TOMADYNE™, TOMADRY®, REWOCARE®, REWOMINOX®, REWOQUAT®, TEGO® Polish, TEGO Sorb®, TEGOPREN®, TEGOTOP®, TEGOTENS®, VARIQUAT®, VARISOFT®, and VARONIC®. These additive technologies are used in formulations to impart beneficial performance attributes for degreasing, wetting, soil removal, softening, brightening, polishing, odor neutralizing and sanitization of many different substrates, covering a wide range of applications. Surface cleaning of floors, glass, wood furniture, appliances, animals or livestock, automobiles, leather and fabrics or textiles are common end use applications for these technologies.
