Previously, Ellie was director of marketing for Mobile Labs, a leading cloud platform provider of mobile testing and secure device management where she expanded the company's North American clientele. Prior to Mobile Labs, she held marketing management roles for PGi, GT Software, and NUVO Marketing.

Named Atmosera's Director of Customer Success, Mark Lipscomb is an IT industry veteran with over 20 years of experience. In his new role, Mark is responsible for ensuring client success post-deployment of company solutions and services and will maintain close customer communications, proactively supporting new installations, and overseeing incident management. Prior to Atmosera, Mark served as director of operations for Pavelcomm where he led the technical account management team, developed client facing dashboards and reporting tools to enhance client satisfaction. Before Pavelcomm, Mark was the manager of network operations for RKON Technologies and also held the position of IT infrastructure manager for ClearEdge Power.
