More apartments under construction by JMJ Development in Dallas-Fort Worth

DALLAS, June 27, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- National developer JMJ Development, is building more multifamily housing in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

The Dallas based firm announced its most recent multifamily project, Mansions at Marine Creek, which encompasses 40.492 acres, located on the Marine Creek Reservoir near the intersection of the Loop 820 and Huffines Boulevard in Fort Worth, Texas.

The development will feature three phases. Phase one and three will be multifamily and Phase two will include both senior living and townhomes. The peninsula site is waterfront on three sides of the development site with immediate access to 4,200 linear feet of shoreline.
