Spectra7 Microsystems Inc. (TSX: SEV)(“Spectra7” or the “Company”), a leading provider of high-performance analog semiconductor products for broadband connectivity markets, today announced the voting results from its annual meeting of shareholders held on June 29, 2018 in Toronto, Ontario (the “Meeting”).

Election of Directors

Each of the nominees for election as directors listed in the Company’s management information circular dated May 30, 2018 were elected as directors of the Company for the ensuing year or until their successors are elected or appointed.
