On September 27, 2018, during aftermarket hours, Aceto disclosed that "the Company's unaudited financial statements for the three and nine months ended March 31, 2018 (the "Relevant Financial Statements") incorrectly accounted for a valuation allowance related to deferred tax assets and should be restated to reflect this allowance."
