The interest in Frictionless Checkout in the C-Store industry is undeniable. It serves a perfect solution to both end users and retail owners alike. The more difficult aspect is execution, and getting the solution live in stores. At Skip, the operations and client success teams have been able to leverage the company's 3 years of experience rolling out their product in the grocery industry to streamline a simple process with minimal implementation requirements to their C-Store clients. That process, along with the fact that Skip's solution requires far less infrastructure, bodes well for their race to market against competitive solutions like Amazon Go and other computer vision, "grab and go," heavy infrastructure models.

"With limited infrastructure and labor requirements for implementation, it's a really exciting time for the entire team here at Skip as we limber up and begin a foot race with the behemoth, Amazon." - Chase Thomason, CEO/Founder of Skip

Jiffy Trip is the 2nd network of stores to be onboarded with 28 locations across Oklahoma. Jiffy Trip and Skip share a vision of providing the best experience to convenience store shoppers, who are on the go, and want quality service with the ability to manage their own time spent at store locations.

"We are thrilled to partner with Skip in providing a new and innovative way for our customers to shop within our locations. The ability for customers to shop how they want and checkout how they want is the direction for the future and Skip allows us to add another channel to enhance the shopping experience for our valued customers," Alex Williams, Chief Operating Officer of Jiffy Trip
