NCP engineering Offers Full Compatibility with the New Windows 10 Update, Version 1809

NCP engineering today announced that its remote access client suite for secure virtual private network (VPN) connections on Windows operating systems is fully compatible with the latest Windows 10 update, version 1809. The NCP Secure Enterprise Client, NCP Secure Entry Client, and NCP Exclusive Remote Access Client provide robust endpoint security and compliance to SMBs and enterprises by providing advanced authentication and establishing secure hotspot connections.

“The new Windows update adds improved features and functionality for both PCs and mobile devices,” said Patrick Oliver Graf, CEO of NCP engineering. “To ensure secure connections on these devices, we recommend the NCP client suite to all IT administrators. For the extended protection against unauthorized third-party access, all of our Windows Clients provide biometric authentication including both fingerprint and face recognition.”

In addition to the new NCP Secure Enterprise Client 11.12, the holistic NCP Enterprise solution offers a scalable, hybrid IPsec/SSL VPN gateway and a management system (SEM) to support an organization’s entire remote access infrastructure. A remote access solution is included to secure all communications to the corporate network while allowing IT administrators to monitor for anomalies and centrally manage issues as they arise, such as immediately revoking access in the event of a breach.

The NCP Secure Entry Client 11.12 includes all of the functionality of the Enterprise Client except for the capability to be centrally managed. As a one-click solution, the IPsec client software automatically selects the appropriate firewall policy, controls internet connectivity, and initiates setup of a VPN tunnel.

Compatible with Juniper Networks’ VPN and SRX Series Firewalls, the NCP Exclusive Remote Access Client 11.12 provides encrypted access to enterprise networks and resources such as remote desktops, e-mail, and other business-critical applications.

Each of NCP’s VPN Clients provide an integrated, dynamic personal firewall for additional security and are compatible with all common IPsec VPN gateways.
