SpetsTechnoExport has agreed with Aselsan on the organization of joint production of Turkish radio-communication means in Ukraine

The State company “SpetsTechnoExport”, part of the State Concern “Ukroboronprom”, has signed a Memorandum with the Turkish company “Aselsan” on the organization of joint production of Turkish radio-communication means in Ukraine.

The agreement is planned to be implemented through the mechanism of offset obligations between the companies.

The establishment of production of Turkish radio systems in Ukraine will enable the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine to gain access to state of the art communications technologies.

The signing of the Memorandum took place within the framework of the international exhibition "Weapons and Security 2018", where the enterprises of the Ukrainian defense industry demonstrate their latest developments, a wide range of weapons, military and dual-use products.

Recall, that “SpetsTechnoExport” signed the first agreement with “Aselsan” on the import of UHF radio stations to the needs of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in December 2016, within which the supplies of Turkish products are already taking place to the needs of the Ministry of Defense.
