ASRC Industrial Services Acquires Brad Cole Construction

ASRC Industrial Services (“AIS”), a premier provider of industrial and environmental services throughout the Continental United States, has announced the acquisition of Brad Cole Construction (“BCC”). Based in Carrollton, Ga. BCC provides heavy civil site services; including site stabilization, remediation, demolition, excavation and dewatering. The company joins Mavo Systems and Hudspeth & Associates as components of AIS’s Remediation and Response Services operating group.

Founded in 1977 BCC operates throughout the Southeast United States serving a variety of end markets including: power generation, water and wastewater management, industrial manufacturing, waste disposal and commercial real estate development. Additionally, the company serves municipal, state and federal agencies. Since inception, the management and workforce of BCC have embraced the company’s commitment to quality and safety. This commitment is embodied by BCC’s Target Zero behavioral based safety program and evidenced by the company receiving Southern Company’s Triangle Safety Award an unprecedented 10 years in a row.

“It’s a privilege to welcome the talented management team and workforce of Brad Cole Construction to the AIS family of companies,” said Greg Johnson, president and CEO of AIS. “The addition of BCC to the AIS family immediately augments our enterprise-wide capabilities, increases our presence in a key industrial services market and ultimately brings us one step closer to achieving our vision of building an enduring, employee-centric, customer-focused industrial services provider.”

“Over 40 years ago my partner Ray Fulford and I set out to build a company to meet the needs of customers in the Southeastern United States and provide people in our communities meaningful employment opportunities,” said Brad Cole, founder and former owner of BCC. “Today marks the next step for BCC; the AIS strategy is in alignment with my original vision. I am committed to working with the AIS leadership team to pursue their vision of building a unique industrial service provider; in the process providing new opportunities for the talented team at Brad Cole Construction while adding additional services to existing and new customers."
