JHC Technology Earns Prime Position on CIO-SP3 Small Business Contract

JHC Technology, Inc., is thrilled to announce that it has been awarded a Prime position on the Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) solicited by the NIH Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC).

JHC Technology’s award comes as part of the Service Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business track. CIO-SP3, with a $20 billion ceiling is a 10-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that can be used by any Federal, Civilian, or Department of Defense agency to fulfill IT needs while supporting socioeconomic goals.

JHC Technology will provide services spanning across multiple task areas including IT services for biomedical research, health sciences, and healthcare; Chief Information Officer (CIO) support; Outsourcing; IT Operations and Maintenance; Integration Services; Critical Infrastructure Protection and Information Assurance; Digital Government; and Software Development. JHC Technology was supported by its teaming partners, Dynamo Technologies, KITC, A&T Systems, and GenomeNext.

“As Government agencies continue to push innovation and IT capabilities, we are ready to provide that support via the CIO-SP3 vehicle,” said JHC Technology CEO and co-founder Craig Atkinson. “The move to the cloud across all industries has drastically accelerated and by providing our capabilities to the Government via CIO-SP3, we look forward to shortening the time to acquire, enabling rapid compliance with Cloud First mandates, ease of procurement, and a broad set of IT capabilities.”

JHC Technology provides access for the Federal Government to move quickly on its cloud computing objectives through our collaborations with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure. The CIO-SP3 contract enables customers to get both cloud professional services and infrastructure as authorized resellers for both AWS and Azure.

JHC Technology recently earned its AWS Premier Consulting Partner status, the highest tier of the AWS Partner Network (APN). The AWS Premier Consulting Partner tier highlights the top APN Consulting Partners globally that have invested significantly in their AWS practice, have extensive experience in deploying customer solutions on AWS, and have a strong bench of trained and certified technical consultants.

“Supporting the government’s cloud first strategy is a priority for AWS, and we’re pleased to work with trusted APN partners like JHC Technology to help their customers migrate to the cloud,” said Dave Levy, Vice President of U.S. Federal Government at AWS. “The CIO-SP3 vehicle is a great enabler for government agencies looking for cloud services and infrastructure, ultimately allowing those agencies to benefit from the agility, efficiency, and innovation that the cloud provides.”

JHC Technology is a Gold Cloud Platform partner with Microsoft and an Authorized Reseller of Azure services.

“For the past eight years, JHC Technology has shown the capability to deliver Microsoft services – from SharePoint to Office 365 to Azure – enabling its government customers to solve business needs while supporting security and compliance requirements,” said Lily Kim, General Manager, Azure, Microsoft. “As the Federal Government’s push to cloud continues to accelerate having an integrator like JHC Technology on this contract serves as a key enabler for government in its ability to meet its agenda for modernization and innovation.”

JHC Technology’s cloud implementations also include trusted partner CloudCheckr, a leader in the cloud management space.

“The NITAAC’s assignment of this award to JHC Technology appropriately recognizes JHC an industry leader with the tools and experience needed to best support government IT modernization,” said Elissa Livingston, Vice President of Strategic Alliances at CloudCheckr. “Pairing its team of experienced IT experts with innovative technologies, JHC is well-positioned to deliver on each participating agency’s mission.”
