With the 2019 iaedp Symposium Just a Few Months Away, Now Is Time to Register

PEKIN, Ill., Oct. 30, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The annual conference for the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (iaedp(TM)) Foundation is only four short months away - the ideal time to register to attend or even secure space in the iaedp Symposium's Exhibit Hall. The 2019 activity begins on February 6 and runs through February 10 at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort in Palm Desert, California. To learn more, go to iaedp.com.

Available at registration is 2019 iaedp(TM) Symposium mobile app, a free interactive tool that allows attendees to plan and participate in the 2019 Symposium with the use of an Apple iPhone or iPad. The application, available online through the Apple iPhone "App Store," allows navigation of 10 multi-touch features so Symposium attendees can easily point and click on the different areas that encompass the iaedp(TM) annual conference event. For Exhibitors, a Virtual Exhibit Hall is available for a logo and website link.

Among this year's most unique presentations in the program line-up are the eight sessions in Spanish only that addresses the latest in eating disorder treatment, causes and science. "Many of our international members prefer the Spanish presentations, and other members are bilingual to better serve some of their patients," said Bonnie Harken, Managing Director of the iaedp(TM) Foundation. "Previous years' Spanish-only presentations at the Symposium have been very popular, especially due to the efforts of our international chapter and its dedication to engaging and providing training webinars for our growing Spanish professionals."

Early registration is open through December 10, 2018. Registration discounts include: for iaedp(TM) certified members, $625; for members, $675; for non-iaedp(TM) members, $750; for full-time students, $375; for retired registrants, $375; and for international registrants, $375. Discount rates for groups and one-day registrations also are available. Beginning January 1, 2019, all costs increase by $50.

The iaedp(TM) Symposium continues to seek out conference sponsors at all levels, including our new Technology Sponsor for our flash drive/USB with all presentations and more. This is a once-a-year opportunity to be front and center before the most influential group in the eating disorders field today. "With a record attendance of 1,000 expected, the sponsorship opportunities have never been better," said Blanche Williams, Assistant Managing Director at the iaedp(TM) Foundation.
