CACI International Inc (NYSE: CACI) announced today that Dr. Warren R. Phillips, Lead Director on CACI’s Board of Directors, was honored on November 28, 2018 as a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Directorship 100. The recognition took place at the NACD Directorship 100 Gala in New York City, with members of CACI’s Board of Directors and senior leadership team in attendance. CACI announced Dr. Phillips’ award earlier this year.

The Directorship 100 is an annual recognition of the leading corporate directors, governance experts, policymakers, and influencers who promote exemplary board leadership, oversight, and courage. Dr. Phillips’ honor is a testament to the proven, highly-credentialed leadership CACI’s Board brings to the company. Dr. Phillips was also named an NACD Board Leadership Fellow in 2015, and CACI Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board Dr. J.P. (Jack) London was honored as an NACD Governance Fellow in April 2018. Over CACI’s 56-year history, board members have included business visionaries, talented innovators, skilled military leaders, and veterans of high-level government service.

According to Dr. Phillips, “It is a privilege to be counted among the prestigious NACD Directorship 100. I am proud to serve alongside my esteemed colleagues on CACI’s Board of Directors, as we sustain our commitment to the excellence and ethics in governance that the NACD so powerfully represents.”

Said Dr. London, ”This is prestigious recognition for Warren Phillips and CACI’s Board of Directors. It reflects our enduring dedication to embodying CACI’s culture of good character and integrity in our governance, which we have sustained over many decades of successful board performance in support of our company, our customers, and our shareholders.”
