Daniel Eccles Joins Atwell

Based in Atwell’s Southfield office, he will oversee all preconstruction budgeting and estimating, contractor prequalifying, quality control/quality assurance, historical cost database management, and project scheduling. With more than 33 years of construction and design experience, Eccles also has expertise in zoning and entitlement processes, assessing project feasibility, and determining the course of permitting.
