CoolSys Acquires Arjae HVAC and Mechanical Services in Oregon

CoolSys™, a parent of market-leading refrigeration and HVAC companies nationwide, announced it acquired Arjae HVAC and Mechanical Services, which provides commercial and industrial HVAC installation and services, as well as sheet metal fabrication throughout the Pacific Northwest. This acquisition strengthens CoolSys’ market-leading presence in the region, while greatly expanding its HVAC capabilities.

It operates a 25,000-square-foot custom manufacturing plant equipped with the industry’s latest technology.
