TAIWAN DELAYS CHANGES TO OFFSET GUIDELINES
The US-Taiwan Business Council (USTBC) has convinced the Taiwanese authorities to delay the release of its new industrial cooperation policy. Prime contractors had raised concerns about the forthcoming changes. The offset authorities in Taiwan were not available for comment.
