Arrows Up Reports More Anticompetitive Litigation by US Silica

Arrows Up, LLC received a Plaintiff’s Petition in the SandBox Logistics, LLC v. Arrows Up, LLC case in the 334th Judicial District of Harris County demanding title to and possession of frac sand shipping container assets as per an October 2, 2018 judgment. Arrows Up has obtained a stay, is currently seeking relief in the Texas Court of Appeals and will contest this latest competition-stifling litigation by SandBox Logistics, a wholly-owned subsidiary of US Silica Holdings (NYSE-SLCA).
