Codero Receives EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework Certification

Codero has a long-standing commitment to data privacy and data security. With this certification, Codero is expanding its support of global work forces by adhering to Privacy Shield principles and controls when processing personal data.
Designed by the U.S. Department of Commerce and European Commission, The Privacy Shield framework is administered by the International Trade Administration and meets the requirements established by the European Commission to better safeguard the transfer of personal data and information between the EU and the U.S. The certification signifies compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks, which includes data protection obligations, formal redress for individuals, and rigorous controls.
To join the voluntary Privacy Shield Framework, Codero has committed to comply with the framework's requirements. Codero completed a rigorous process to align numerous privacy policies with the new regulations before receiving its certification.
