Theresa Balintfy Lee, PHR, SHRM-CP Promoted to Corporate HR Manager for AFG Group, Inc.
HERNDON, Va., March 18, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- AFG Group, Inc., a leading construction, program and relocation management services firm has promoted Theresa Balintfy Lee, PHR, SHRM-CP to Corporate Human Resources Manager.
Since joining AFG in 2015, Theresa has been instrumental in AFG's expansion including 25-30% growth per year, growing to over 100 staff, and expanding locations to 14 states. She has established company-wide procedures to increase administrative efficiencies, managed and processed all payroll, benefit updates, tax requirements and policies, for both state and local jurisdictions.
Reporting directly to AFG's CEO and Chairman, Cheryl O'Connor, Theresa will now directly manage all HR matters representing the corporate office with HR Assistants in regional offices. The HR team is streamlining and automating the on-boarding process for new hires as AFG continues to expand nationwide, and enhancing the overall experience and engagement of AFG's employees. In addition, Theresa is adding recruitment and employee retention oversight to her role. Together with the AFG Marketing Team, Theresa will be increasing AFG communications with all its employees located in over 24 satellite and project offices.
