Leading MLS Referee, Alan Kelly, Joins Silbo

Kelly is a three-time, reigning MLS Referee of the Year. He has officiated over 100 UEFA and FIFA games, including World Cup qualifiers and was recently selected to officiate the 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Poland.
