Star Navigation Announces Shareholder Concern
TORONTO, April 03, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Star Navigation Systems
Group Ltd. (CSE: SNA) (OTCQB: SNAVF) ("Star” or the “Company”)
announces that a number of shareholders of the Company have contacted the
Board of Directors requesting that a Special General Meeting of
shareholders be called with respect to a change of Chief Executive
Officer.
The Board of Directors is considering its options with respect to this request, and will comply with all relevant regulatory requirements.
